Green Way LLC is a private equity fund established in 2024, specialising inin the agricultural sector, with a particular focus on the production of table eggs and value-added egg products, as well as the cultivation and processing of industrial crops and a broad range of related agricultural activities.
Our roots are based in identifying opportunities, providing them with smart money and growing them with a synergistic approach to investment. We provide investors with a compelling risk/return profile that yields trust and confidence for our investors. Our long-term strategic objective is to establish a robust and sustainable food security corridor connecting the Middle East, the Russian Federation, the countries of Central Asia, and the South Caucasus.

    Shareholder
    Graduated from Kazan Finance and Economics Institute with a degree in Finance and Credits in 1995 and in 1997 – from Kazan State University with a degree in Law, he further, in 2005, received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
    Starting from 2003 till 2006 he was a Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and a Member of the OJSC Ak Bars Bank’s Board of Directors; during the years from 2005 till 2007 – he was a Member of the National Association of Stock Market Participants (NAUFOR) Supervisory Board; between 2014 and 2023 he was a Managing Partner in AVG Capital Partners Limited, big private equity fund, located in European Union.

    Director
    As a Director, Dilyara leads the company’s corporate and compliance functions with a strong focus on cross‑border business operations. Her expertise spans regulatory communication, banking coordination, and governance management across diverse international markets. Known for her structured approach, diplomatic communication style, and ability to navigate complex multi‑jurisdictional requirements, she plays a key role in supporting the company’s strategic growth and operational integrity.
  • NIKOLAY RYBALKO
    Investment Advisor
    Graduated from the Faculty of International Relations of Amur State University in 2007, he then was trained in the International Environmental Law course at the Stanford University, as well as Design and Installation of Low and Medium Voltage Photovoltaic Systems at the Solar Energy International (USA). Starting June 2010 and till November 2016 he was a chief representative of OJSC “Bureyagesstroy” (E4 Group) in Beijing, China, and starting 2016 - a Member of the Gangsheng Inc. Board in Hong Kong. In 2018 he has joined AVG Capital Partners Fund where he leads the company’s Asian business development and serves as a CEO of AVG Food & Co. Ltd. (Hong Kong). In May 2021 he was appointed as the director of AVG Capital Partners Limited.
